A small number of our properties have Air Source Heat Pumps installed. These work in a different way to gas central heating. An air source heat pump takes heat from the outside air and uses it to heat your home and hot water.
If you have an air source heat pump, it is important to understand how to use it correctly. This will help keep your home warm and keep your energy bills down.
