How to Tell Us About a Problem in Your Home
You can report a routine repair at any time by using the form below.
If it is outside office hours (9am to 5pm) and your repair is an emergency, call 01392 273462 (option 1) to be transferred to the out of hours service.
What Happens Next?
Once you report a repair, we will look at the information you have given us. We will then work out how urgent the repair is. If it is an emergency, we will aim to fix it within 24 hours. If it is a routine repair, we will aim to fix it within 20 working days.
We will contact you to arrange a time to visit your home. Please make sure someone over 18 is home to let the repair person in.
If we need to order parts or get more information, we will let you know.
