We had a visit from Doug, he was very good and went through the whole property, he checked all of the alarms and was very impressed with them. He was in our home for about 45 minutes, wore a mask and was very observant of Covid safety procedures. He explained to us the main causes of fires in the home, we were interested to learn that when phone chargers are left plugged in overnight they can get very hot and these can be a cause of fires. We would definitely recommend this visit to all tenants.

We had a visit from the fire technician, after a quick walk round the house and a chat I was advised that since I have 2 smoke alarms test each one on alternate months, this will ensure the connection between both units is maintained at all times. The fire safety visit takes between 30-45 minutes, and I would recommend having this visit.
