When is my Green Space Being Maintained?
Looking After Our Communal Gardens and Green Spaces
Cornerstone or other contractors maintain some communal and landscaped areas. You pay for this in your service charge.
Our green spaces are for everyone to use and enjoy. We cut the grass, trim hedges and maintain planted areas regularly. The exact schedule depends on the time of year and the weather. We do more maintenance in spring and summer when plants are growing faster.

How to Use Communal Gardens
Do
Enjoy the communal garden but remember it is a shared space for all residents to enjoy. Please be mindful and respectful of others
Keep a close eye on your children if they are playing in communal gardens
Report any damage or issues to us
Don’t
Damage or remove plants or make any other changes to the communal garden without talking to us first
Put your own items in the communal garden, for example paddling pools, trampolines, sheds or garden furniture
