Socially distancing in Cullompton

Five new homes have been handed over to Rentplus and Cornerstone at Saxon Fields in Cullompton.  Of course the prerequisite social distancing was observed! Paul Stubbs handed the keys over on behalf of BDW (Barratts) to Anne Seaborne for Cornerstone; over seen by Judith Gregory for Rentplus

The smart new 2 bedroom houses have been allocated to families and couples with a local connection to Cullompton and they are due to move in very soon!

Rentplus is a rent-to-buy scheme for designed for people who want to rent and save to buy their home.  The houses are rented at 80% of open market rents and offered for sale to the tenants after a pre-agreed period of 5,10,15 or 20 years.
