Important changes to our Repairs Service during National Lockdown

Customer safety is our priority, and as such our Repairs Service will be continuing to deal with emergency and health and safety repairs to your homes as well as maintenance of communal areas on our estates. Please note that we will not be completing routine repairs during the current national lockdown and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

For all necessary visits, our Repairs Team will continue to take the precautions, including using face masks and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to protect you and our staff. We continue the need to access your homes for carrying out gas and electrical safety checks as these are a common cause of accidents and fires in homes if appliances are not safe; so it is important that we carry out these inspections.

If you receive an appointment letter and are worried about allowing access, please contact us on 01392 273462 so that we can talk to you about the process and the measures we are taking to keep you safe.

We would like to remind all customers that 2 metre social distancing measures are required for us to work safely in your home. Please be mindful of this and respect the safety of our staff.
