Exeter property awards shortlisted

We’re delighted to announce that the Beacon Avenue Improvements Project has been shortlisted by the Exeter Property Awards for the categories of ‘Best Contractor’ and for ‘Transformation of area’ This projects reflects the hard work by our skilled Direct Labour Force and by Tim Lewry, Head of Property in trying a new approach. The innovative thermal rendering system we have used makes significant energy efficiency improvements and will make a real difference to running costs for tenants.

Well done to everyone involved in this project and fingers crossed that we win at the awards ceremony on 19th November.
