36 years service and still smiling!

Thirty six years ago today, a young Ian Powlesland joined Exeter Housing Society (as we were then known) aged 19. He joined a small work force maintaining a few hundred houses in Exeter.

All those years later ‘Ollie’, as he is affectionately known for his light hearted humour, is helping to maintain over 1400 homes; and mostly importantly he is still smiling!
