In June 2025 the Resident Engagement Panel completed their review into our communal cleaning and grounds maintenance services to assess whether value for money is being provided. They made a number of recommendations, these were agreed by Cornerstone, and this follow up report shows the progress being made following their review.

The Resident Engagement Panel reviewed Cornerstone’s Lettings Standard to assess whether newly let homes meet a consistent, good‑quality standard. By examining policies, feedback, complaints, and visiting empty properties, the panel identified what works well and where improvements are needed.
