We aspire to be a local leader in social housing, upholding our core values to provide quality in everything we do. We continually strive to improve, seeking and embracing new ideas to best serve our tenants, and monitor our performance so they can review how we’re doing.
Tenant Annual Reports
We are always keen to learn what our tenants think about the services we provide and send out an annual survey so we can better understand our performance. These results are published each year in a report for our tenants.
Self-Assessment of Compliance with the Regulatory Consumer Standards 2025
The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) sets out five consumer standards: Safety and Quality, Tenancy, Transparency, Influence and Accountability, the Neighbourhood and Community standard and the Tenant Satisfaction Measure Standard. The standards relate specifically to the services that we provide to residents.
Self Assessment of Complaints
As part of the Housing Ombudsman requirements, every year we publish our self-assessment with their complaints code.
