We’re proud to have delivered 25 new homes, with a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. Of these, 22 homes achieved an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of ‘B’, while 3 reached the highest standard with an EPC rating of ‘A’.
The homes include a mix of:
4 one-bedroom homes
12 two-bedroom homes
9 three-bedroom homes
Heating and Energy Efficiency:
16 homes benefit from air source heat pumps, providing efficient heating and hot water.
16 homes also benefit from solar PV panels, helping to reduce energy
bills and carbon footprints.
All homes have been allocated to tenants with local work or family connections, strengthening community ties. One home was adapted for accessibility and tailored to meet the specific needs of its resident.
The developments include a variety of locally equipped play areas, public open
spaces, and wildlife corridors. One site even features ‘Hedgehog Highways’,
promoting safe movement for local wildlife.
At our Folly Gate development, we marked our commitment to sustainability with
a tree planting ceremony, celebrating our Greener Ways strategy.
We’ve also planned 91 more homes to be completed over the next two years. Our
development strategy (to be published winter 25) aims to grow this to 100 homes
a year by 2029.
