Quick and Easy Ways to Check Your Rent Account

Visit MyTenancy, where you can update your personal details, check your account balance, view your rent account, report repairs and contact us online.

MyTenancy is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can log in at any time to check your account. It’s the quickest way to see how much rent you’ve paid and if you owe anything.

If you haven’t set up your MyTenancy account yet, visit the website and follow the registration instructions. You will need your tenancy reference number.

You can also text us on 07491 163432. Start your message with:

  • “Rents” to contact us about your accounts
  • “Bal” to get your account balance
  • “Repair” to report a repair
  • “Allpay” to get your Allpay reference number
  • “DD” to set up or change a direct debit

The number sending the message needs to be the number we hold for your tenancy.
