The Big Plan 2025-2030 is our vision for providing safe, stable, affordable homes and thriving communities.
By 2030, through our Big Plan, we will have:
- Delivered more new homes to create great places to live
- Supported strong, thriving communities by working in partnership with residents and organisations
- Created places people are proud of by investing in homes and neighbourhoods.
Greener Ways Strategy 2025 – 2030
Our vision: By 2030, we want to deliver homes that are energy efficient and improve the quality of life for our residents. Our strategy makes sure our homes are fit for the future and help create a greener and more sustainable world.
Our commitment: We know we have an important role in tackling climate change. We are committed to making sustainability part of everything we do. Our strategy is supported by an annual action plan and the resources we need to make it happen. We will monitor our progress and report it to our Resident Engagement Panel and Board Members.
