Paying Your Rent
Your rent is due monthly in advance on the 1st day of each month. There are several ways you can pay us. It’s important to pay your rent on time every month. If you’re struggling to pay your rent, please contact us as soon as possible. We can help.
allpay
allpay is our online payments provider. You can pay your rent using your debit card. You will also need to have the 19 digit payment reference number from your Cornerstone payment card.
Please get in touch with our Customer Service Advisors if you do not have a payment card. They will be happy to order you one.
There are 3 ways you can use allPay:
- Download the allpay app and pay directly via your mobile phone
- Visit www.allpayments.net
- Phone us on 01392 273462 (option 2) and you will be transferred to allpay
Direct Debit
Paying through your own bank by Direct Debit is an easy way to pay your rent. This is the easiest way to make sure you never miss a payment.
To set up a Direct Debit, please call us on 01392 273462 (option 3). Payments can be set up for any date and time in the month. You can choose weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly. We can also send you a Direct Debit form for you to complete and return.
Cornerstone Payment Card
You can use your payment card at the Post Office or several other available outlets. We will have provided you with a card when you moved in. If you need a new card, please text “card” to 07491163432.
This card must only be used for rent payments, not for other charges such as repairs or court fees.
