Healthy Homes
Our Commitment to Dry, Warm and Healthy Homes
We want all our homes to be great places to live and especially to be dry, warm and healthy. If any of our homes have damp and mould, this is a great concern for us and we will work closely with you to find a solution.
Finding the Right Solution
Sometimes the answer to damp and mould is improvements to the property. Sometimes it is about managing the balance of heating and moisture in the home. Often it is a combination of both.
We will take an individual approach based on what is needed in your home. We will always make sure that we treat you with respect and empathy and that we are fair and consistent.
Improvements We’re Making
We have started replacing outdated windows as well as making other improvements such as new kitchens, replacement heating systems, solar panels and external wall insulation.
Help with Energy Costs
We know that high energy costs can make it difficult to manage heating and ventilation in your home. As part of our Healthy Homes policy, we make sure we visit anybody who is having a problem with damp or mould. We will work with you to solve it. This will include advice, practical help and property improvements depending on what is needed.
