We are open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
If it is outside office hours and your repair is an emergency, call 01392 273462 immediately which will forward you to our out of hours team.
Our Western Way office is open daily from 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon for residents to drop in and speak with a member of the housing team. If you’re unable to visit during this time, please call the office and we’ll arrange an appointment for you to come in or for someone to visit you.
