Shared Ownership Completion – Flora Close, Exmouth

The final checks are underway ahead of Completion of our first shared ownership houses in Exmouth and six families will be moving in this weekend.  These will be the first homes within KACH Development’s Valley Park development to be handed over.

Peter Heron, Chairman of Cornerstone (Below), visited the site and was very impressed with the high standard of construction and finish. Particularly impressive are the smart, modern kitchens with built-in appliances and under-lighting.

A further five shared ownership houses in the next phase have already been snapped up and the Rented phase is due to start on site next year.
