New Homes in Topsham

Cornerstone is excited to be back developing new homes in Topsham after a 12 year break. Our previous projects include converting the former Topsham First School on Majorfield Road, a listed building, into 10 unique social rented houses. We won an Empty Homes award for this development and were recognised by the Topsham Society.

This time we’ll be providing 13 new social rented houses and flats at the prestigious EX111 development on the Exeter Road next to Topsham Rugby Club, as part of the the section 106 agreement (planning obligations) with developer Burrington Homes.

The homes will be built to high energy efficiency standards, boasting modern kitchens and bathrooms, a private garden and parking space. One of the flats will be built to wheelchair accessible standards.

Construction recently began on site, and our first homes at Exeter Road are due to completed by the end of 2018.
