The Executive Team is made up of the Chief Executive and four senior managers. Together they cover all areas of our work and are responsible for the effective day-to-day running of Cornerstone.
Our Chief Executive since 1993, Rick has extensive experience of more than 35 years of working in the housing sector and first joined us as Housing Manager in 1985. Rick has executive responsibility for our day to day operations and organisational performance, as well as managing the Executive Team. Rick is an executive member of the Board.
Building Manager since 1993, Andy first joined us as a Carpenter in 1977 and was soon appointed supervisor of refurbishment. Andy brings a wealth of practical building experience to the Executive Team and manages several teams of skilled trade staff who together ensure the maintenance and refurbishment of our properties.
Clare joined us in 2016 as Housing Manager, bringing with her 10 years’ experience in various housing and neighbourhood management roles. Clare and her team, which includes our Customer Service Advisers, are responsible for the day to day management of our properties, from lettings to estate management and tenant support.
Finance Manager and Deputy Chief Executive
Bob is a Chartered Accountant and brings financial experience from his work within both the public and private sectors. He joined us in 2005 and supports Rick in the operational management of Cornerstone. Bob and his team are responsible for our financial affairs as well as managing ICT, HR and regulation. Bob is an executive member of the Board.
Development Manager since 2002, Anne first joined us in 1998 with a broad range of experience in various local authority housing roles. Anne and her team are responsible for the delivery of our new housing developments, overseeing projects from conception to completion, as well as managing our PR and marketing.
