Our executive team
The Executive Team is made up of the Chief Executive and four senior managers. Together they cover all areas of our work and are responsible for the effective day-to-day running of Cornerstone. Our Chief Executive has overall responsibility for health and safety and compliance with customer consumer standards.
Yvonne Woodward
Finance Director
Yvonne joined us in 2022 and is responsible for the management of Cornerstone’s financial affairs, including funder relationships, business planning and financial reporting. She started her career in the NHS and banking and then moved to local government, spending 10 years as a Chief Finance Officer. Her experience also includes working as the Finance and Assurance Director for a housing association in Essex. Yvonne is a Chartered Public Finance Accountant.
Clare Beach
Director of Housing & HR
Clare joined us in 2016. She has extensive experience in various sector and leadership roles and is the strategic director for housing, customers service, people/HR and communications. Her housing and customer service teams are responsible for resident engagement and the day-to-day management of our homes, including lettings, income, anti-social behaviour, and estate management.
Anne Seaborne
Director of Development
Anne has been with Cornerstone since 1998 and has a broad range of local authority and housing association experience. Anne and her team are responsible for the delivery of our new housing developments, overseeing a range of complex projects from conception to completion, in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders.
Kevin Alexander
Director of Property Services
Joining the team in 2023, Kevin leads the property team and comes with a wealth of experience in social housing asset and property management, having worked in a variety of construction and maintenance roles for both social landlords and facilities management service providers. Kevin and the Property Team provide a range of repair, maintenance, improvement and building safety services
