Right to Acquire
What is Right to Acquire?
Some tenants may have a right to buy their home under the Housing Act 1996.
If you have this right you can buy your home from us at open market value less a discount fixed by the government. The amount of discount may change from time to time and from area to area and we can tell you the current amount.
