How Do I Report Repairs
Important Note:
Do not use an email to report an emergency repair!
If you consider that you have a problem that is an emergency, telephone our repair line as below or if it is outside our office hours telephone the Out of Hours line.
The Out of Hours line is reached by dialling 07899 916301.
During the normal working day you can report a repair by either writing to our offices, or more conveniently telephoning our Maintenance Depot directly on 01392 424344 .
Please be sure to firstly tell us your name and address, your contact telephone number if needed, the nature of the repair and any requirements you have regarding the times you will be at home. In this regard please note that we operate only during normal working hours which are:
Monday to Thursday 8-30 am until 4-30 pm
Friday 8-30 am until 3-30 pm
Outside of these hours if you wish to report a repair that is not an emergency please leave a message on the Maintenance Depot answer phone (same number as above). The Out of Hours line must not be used to report ordinary repairs.
You can also report repairs in person at our Southernhay Offices if you are visiting for any other reason. Alternatively you can send a facsimile message to the Southernhay Office at 01392 498003.
Please be note that the Maintenance Depot is not open to the public for insurance reasons.
