Repairs to Cornerstone's property portfolio is organised and carried out by the Maintenance Depot Staff. Remember tenants must report any repairs needed to your home irrespective of who is responsible for the cost.
Prioritisation of repairs
To enable us to provide a service appropriate to tenants needs we operate a prioritisation system. If you wish to know into what category your reported repair will fall please ask the Maintenance Officer.
Gas Servicing
This vital work carried out annually is organised by the Maintenance Depot. Please be aware that it is a legal requirement that this is done and you must make arrangements to allow this.
Internal Decorating Scheme
Cornerstone operates, for those tenants who qualify, a scheme to assist with the decoration of their homes.
Cyclical Painting and care of Communal Garden Areas
These operations are also organised by the Maintenance Depot.

A scheme of improvements to our existing portfolio of properties is constantly underway moving from estate to estate.
