Our routine repairs service operates 9.00am-5.00pm - Monday-Friday.
There are a number of ways you can report a repair to us:

The quickest and easiest way to report a repair is to complete our online repairs form by clicking the button below.
By Text

By email
You can also report a repair to our repairs team by emailing: repairs@cornerstonehousing.net
By phone
You can report a repair by phoning our repairs team on 01392 273462. Option 1
When you report a repair, please have the following information ready:
- Your contact details (name, address, phone number)
- What needs to be repaired
- When you are available for a repairs visit
