At St Andrew’s Court, the first residents have moved in. The new block of flats constructed by local builders EH Developments Ltd and were handed over to Cornerstone early January.

This development of nine flats in Alexandra Road is our second development in Crediton. Ten houses were bought from Midas Homes Ltd last year on the Boniface Rise Estate.

 

We have other new houses and flats in the pipeline on the former County Ground in St Thomas Exeter. The first of these will be ready to let at the end of February.
