| The Mount Dinham Cottage Trust |
Cornerstone is pleased to announce that the Trustees of Mount Dinham Cottage Trust have awarded us the managing agent contract for the 44 almshouses at Mount Dinham in the centre of Exeter. The cottages are listed buildings, built in 1862 and set in beautiful grounds beside St Michael's Church. Cornerstone's managing role will include managing and maintaining the properties and we are providing an out of hours emergency repairs service. Staff from Cornerstone recently met with the residents and trustees to get to know each other . The contract starts today and we are looking forward to working with the residents of Mount Dinham Trust.
