Brought from the private developer Profive Ltd the scheme will provide much needed affordable rented accommodation for local people. We worked with Teignbridge District Council to promote the flats to existing residents of housing associations in the area and a selection were allocated to those wishing to downsize, thereby releasing affordable family homes for others. 

 

The new properties mark the start of our expansionary strategy outside of Exeter. With a further eight flats in Dawlish due to be completed in May 2009 we are certainly making the most of all the new development opportunities available to us within our extended growth area.
