Cornerstone is delighted to announce that we have just exchanged contracts to buy four shared ownership homes from Bellway on the former Exeter Rugby ground site in St Thomas, Exeter. 

Full details of the 2 bed coach house and three x 3 bed town houses will shortly be posted on the shared ownership website www.southwesthomes.org.uk  The houses will look similar to the houses we acquired at Birdall Terrace (fronting Ferndale Road) and the coach house will be similar to the one fronting Chieftain Way. 

The properties are expected to be ready for occupation in January 2011.
