New Developments
There are currently a number of new developments in the pipeline including the following:
Dennesdene Farm, Exmouth
We are on site building 12 two and three bedroom houses in the Hulham area of Exmouth. This is our first venture into East Devon and the homes will be available for renting early next 2010.

A new 3 bedroom rented house is being built on the end of our existing terrace by the Cornerstone Direct labour Force.
Western Way, Exeter
This site has been purchased for mixed use development. A planning application for our new office and residential development will be submitted shortly.
Former Rugby Ground, St Thomas, Exeter

We have purchased a range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses on this site and a further phase of shared ownership houses are expected sometime next year. Details will be posted on the South West Homes website soon and this will give details on how to apply for shared ownership houses.
St Andrews, Crediton
In Crediton we bought nine 'off the shelf' flats which were handed over in January 2010.
